My First Trip to India

My tour was a customised tour of South India that commenced in Chennai and ended in Cochin over 10 nights and 11 days. I have been planning this tour for over a year and dealt with a number of travel agencies from India that concluded in selecting Caper Travel. I am so glad I chose Caper Travel for my maiden trip to India as it was an absolute delight. My contact at Caper Travel was Ms Monalisa Deka, who I cannot thank enough as she planned the overall trip, selected the perfect hotels and paired me up with the right partners (driver+vehicle) on the ground in TN. During the planning phase I would have raised numerous questions, expressed concerns, etc, however Monalisa would address each of them patiently, professionally and to my satisfaction no matter it was a working day or weekend I would have a response. Such was the service level that is unmatched in my country in Australia. My enormous thanks to Monalisa (Caper Travel) to have made this trip an enormous success. I will definitely use Caper Travel again through Monalisa.

Spectacular Rajasthan and Goa

Caper Travel designed a three week tour to Rajasthan and Goa for four of us in a private car during March. The driver, guides and everyone associated with the organisation were professional, reliable and punctual! We had an amazing time, made even better because of the good accomodation choices and extra additions, such as elephant and camel rides, and also because of our wonderful driver, Vishan. His reliability, friendliness and sense of humour will remain with us long after we have finished the tour. Thank you so much Caper for giving us a truly memorable experience of your beautiful country!

Excellent Travel Experience!

My mother and I took a custom-designed trip with Caper to India and Nepal. They did a magnificent job. My planner, Alok Chatterjee, was always prompt, polite and accommodating. He answered all of my questions on time and thoroughly. He provided great suggestions and created a beautiful trip for my mom and I. We visited Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Ranthambore, Varanasi in India, and in Nepal we visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Nagrakot. I highly recommend all of those destinations!

We had representatives greet us at the airport, see us off and in every destination. Our drivers were very professional and the vehicles were spotless with great A/C. We had fantastic city guides and saw amazing sights.

We had one slight hiccup with our tiger safari in Ranthambore, and rather than dealing with it over the phone, Caper sent an in-person representative. The matter was resolved immediately, and we were able to enjoy the safari immensely.

The hotels were beautiful with fantastic service. We went to celebrate Holi, and Caper organized a great private celebration for us and other ex-pats and Westerners. We had a wonderful time.

I highly recommend Caper, and will definitely travel again with them to India.

Another great experience with Caper Travel

WE had booked with Caper in the past and we were not disappointed this time.Everything went smoothly, driver and guides very good. Hotels we chose for ourselves and were just booked through Caper, so if they weren't up to standard then that was our fault not theirs.
Communication was within 24 hours. No issues with the company and would book with them again and recommend them without hesitation

I had memorable and incredible stay at Kerala. Caper Travel Agency - Hi life Tour arraigned everything more than perfect - transfers, transport, hotel accommodation, entire trips in Cochin, Periyar, Kumarakom, Alleppey, Kovalam, Trivandrum. I received on time full information of my trip without any misleading or untrue details.

Excellent guide, hotel services, quietly places, super friendly personal, big sunny and clean rooms, very tasty food. The local sightseeings and vehicle service were arranged exceptionally correct and accurate. Very clean and good car (Toyota Etios), professional and kind driver. All of my inners tours were more than fantastic. The Agency also arranged my additional request to participate in Holi celebration (Festival if colors).

People make the organisation great- Monalisa @ Kaper made our trip a very memorable one.

We had a school reunion in Kerala. Our request was fully complied and the service delivered, exceeded our expectation. Monalisa was our travel consultant, her communication skills were exceptional and very prompt. We spent 3 days in Cochin at Oliver DT. and 4 days in El Oceano-Alappuzha.
