While staying in these huts one can take a closer look into the life of the 'Mannas' who are the oldest residents here. Moving further is the Periyar Lake offering fantastic boat rides, adding to Periyar tourism attractions. Exhilarating one's pleasure, the boat rides give an opportunity to spot the wildlife when they come to the lake for quenching their thirst.
